Do not send users to the dashboard for account tasks. A person is still needed for sign-up, approving a sign-in, paying the first top-up on the checkout link that `phaseo credits add` returns when no card is saved, confirming each saved-card top-up from the emailed link, and account security (password, MFA, passkeys). Create API keys with `phaseo keys create --name --json`; never guess one. Credit top-ups need `phaseo login --scopes billing:write` first. Phaseo offers free access and pay-as-you-go model usage. Teams that need identity and directory controls can add a separate monthly Enterprise subscription. All prices below are in USD. ## Choose how to use Phaseo | Option | Phaseo charges | What it covers | | - | - | - | | Free access | No subscription or top-up for supported free models | Free-model usage, public catalog data, SDKs, and integrations | | Pay As You Go | Model usage at catalog prices, plus a 5% credit purchase fee (\$1 minimum) | Paid-model requests using prepaid workspace credits | | Bring your own key (BYOK) | When monthly usage is available, the first 250,000 completed requests per workspace each UTC calendar month have no Phaseo service fee; then 2.5% of provider-equivalent cost. If both the monthly counter and fallback read are unavailable, that request pays the 2.5% fee | Phaseo routing and observability using your provider credentials; the provider bills model usage directly | | Self Serve Enterprise | Monthly workspace subscription starting at \$29, plus model usage and credit purchase fees | SSO, SCIM, directory management, departments, and priority email support | Pay As You Go has no monthly subscription, contract, or minimum monthly spend. The credit purchase fee applies when you buy credits; managed requests then consume those credits at the listed model prices. Free-model access is subject to request allowances. The default Gateway limit is 25 requests per rolling minute per user and workspace, with an additional 1,500 free-model requests per UTC day. Provider quotas also apply. A fee-free BYOK request still incurs any usage charge from your provider. ## Enterprise member pricing The entry subscription includes up to 100 workspace members, including smaller teams. Larger allowances use member-based pricing; these are reference prices, not separate feature tiers: | Included workspace members | Monthly subscription | | -: | -: | | 100 | \$29 | | 1,000 | \$79 | | 10,000 | \$299 | | 25,000 | \$599 | | 50,000 | \$1,099 | | 100,000 | \$1,999 | Open [Pricing](https://phaseo.app/pricing) to choose an allowance and view the quote for your member count. Self-service availability depends on your workspace's rollout access. Contact the [Help Center](https://phaseo.app/help) for invoicing, procurement, or custom commercial requirements. Members count while they belong to the workspace, whether or not they sign in. Below 100,000 members, new memberships are blocked when they would exceed the selected allowance. Self-service allowance changes are not currently available, so choose capacity for expected growth before subscribing. At the 100,000-member allowance, additional unique members cost \$0.02 per member per subscription billing period, including members removed during that period. Enterprise does not include model credits or waive the standard 5% credit purchase fee (\$1 minimum). See [Pricing and billing](https://phaseo.app/docs/v1/pricing/tiers.md) for billing examples and member allowances. ## Provider subscription plans The [subscription plan catalog](https://phaseo.app/subscription-plans) lists subscriptions sold by model providers. Those offers have their own prices, included models, limits, and billing terms. A provider subscription does not automatically add Phaseo credits or enable a Gateway route. Check the provider's terms and the model's active Gateway routes before choosing a plan.
