> Phaseo Gateway base URL: https://api.phaseo.app/v1. Send `Authorization: Bearer $PHASEO_API_KEY` with every request.

# Overview

> What the C# Agent SDK is for and what surface it currently exposes.

The C# Agent SDK is a full local agent runtime for Phaseo Gateway, including retries, concurrent tasks, cancellation and timeouts, human review, resumable state, lifecycle events, and Devtools capture.

Use it when you want:

* a lightweight bounded tool loop
* gateway-backed `responses` requests
* app-owned control over persistence and orchestration

## What it ships

* `AgentSdk.CreateAgent(...)`
* `AgentSdk.DefineTool(...)`
* `AgentSdk.CreateGatewayAgentClient(...)`
* a bounded tool loop over the Phaseo `responses` API
