Replit - Phaseo Docs

Use Phaseo from Replit with the official OpenAI SDK or the first-party Phaseo AI SDK provider. Keep the API key in Replit Secrets rather than source code.

Add the secret

In your Replit workspace, open Tools → Secrets and add:

PHASEO_API_KEY=phaseo_v1_sk_...

The secret is exposed to your application as an environment variable.

Deployments

Add PHASEO_API_KEY to the deployment’s secrets as well as the development workspace. Confirm that the deployment does not print environment variables or request headers to logs.
